The application, its database and its stored files run on Scaleway infrastructure in the Paris region of France. Section 4 of the Privacy Policy describes the architecture in detail, and section 5 lists every other provider involved.
3. What ScaleEdges is
ScaleEdges is a platform that lets independent creators and businesses open a store and sell digital products. Each store is run by its own seller, who is the merchant for every sale made there. ScaleEdges provides the hosting, the checkout and the tools; it does not own, choose or sell the products listed in those stores.
As a hosting provider under the EU Digital Services Act and the French LCEN, we do not monitor everything published in advance, but we act on reports we receive.
4. Reporting illegal or infringing content
If you find content on a ScaleEdges store that is illegal, or that infringes your rights, write to legal@scaleedges.com with:
- The exact URL of the content
- What is wrong with it, and why it is unlawful or infringing
- Proof that you hold the right concerned, if you are reporting an infringement
- Your name and a contact address
- A statement that your report is accurate and made in good faith
We acknowledge reports without undue delay and tell you what we decided. Content that is manifestly illegal is removed promptly. The seller concerned is informed and can contest the decision by replying to the same address.
Deliberately abusive or bad-faith reports may be actionable, so please only report content you genuinely believe is unlawful.
5. Intellectual property
The ScaleEdges name, logo, interface, design and software are the property of Liam Weber and are protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not copy or reuse them without written permission.
Products, text, images and videos published by sellers belong to those sellers. Section 6 of the Terms of Service sets out the limited licence sellers grant us to host and deliver their content.
6. Accessibility and errors
We aim to keep this site usable with a keyboard, with a screen reader and at any screen size. If something blocks you, tell us at contact@scaleedges.com and we will treat it as a bug.
If you spot a factual mistake on any of our legal pages, report it to legal@scaleedges.com. We would rather correct it than leave it standing.
